حكايتنا عن أميرة مصرية من أُسرة محمد علي باشا وهي من أشهر أميرات الأسرة الملكية المصرية وهي «الأميرة فوزية» بنت الملك فؤاد الأول وحفيدة الخديوي إسماعيل وُلدت في الإسكندرية بقصر رأس التين في يوم 5 نوفمبر عام1921.
كما أصبحت ملكة إيران كأول زوجة لشاه إيران "محمد رضا بهلوي" وكان زوجها الأول وعرفت أيضًا بإسم فوزية شيرين ، حيث تزوجت من العقيد إسماعيل شيرين الدبلوماسي المصري ذو الأصول الشراكسية المصري عام 1949 وبعد الثورة المصرية عام 1952 لم تعد ألقابها الملكية معترف بها من قبل الحكومة المصرية.
وتوفيت يوم 2 يوليو عام 2013 عن عمر يناهز 91 عامًا في مدينة القاهرة ، حيث تم حملها من مسجد السيدة نفيسة إلى أن تم دفنها بجانب زوجها الثاني إسماعيل شيرين.

Our story is about an Egyptian princess from the family of Muhammad Ali Pasha, one of the most famous princesses of the Egyptian royal family. She is Princess Fawzia, the daughter of King Fuad I and the granddaughter of Khedive Ismail. She was born in Alexandria at Ras El-Tin Palace on November 5, 1921.
Princess Fawzia became the Queen of Iran as the first wife of the Shah of Iran, "Mohammad Reza Pahlavi" who is referred to as "Mohamed Reda Pahlawi" among Arabs , and he was her first husband. She was also known as Fawzia Shirin after her marriage to Colonel Ismail Shirin, the Egyptian diplomat of Circassian origins, in 1949. After the Egyptian revolution of 1952, her royal titles were no longer acknowledged by the Egyptian government.
She passed away on July 2, 2013, at the age of 91 in Cairo, where she was carried from the Sayyida Nafisa Mosque to be buried next to her second husband, Ismail Shirin.
