How to permanently delete your Alexandria Archive account: from the mobile app, from the website, or by email if you cannot sign in.
You can delete your Alexandria Archive account and its associated data at any time. Choose whichever method suits you:
Open Settings → tap “Delete account permanently” → confirm with your password.
Sign in → Settings → “Security” tab → “Delete my account permanently” → confirm with your password.
Email us from your registered address at [email protected] requesting deletion; we’ll process it within a reasonable time after verifying your identity.
Your account and personal data are permanently deleted, including your profile, messages, and bookmarks. This action cannot be undone.
Note: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
