في إحدي شوارع محطة الرمل تحديدا في منطقة عداه التي اشتهرت بأنها منطقة أغنياء اليهود يوجد منزل يُدعى حسب الروايات المحلية من انه ملك "شارل سمحون" و هو الشخصية من مسلسل الجاسوسية المصري "رأفت الهجان" "مع العلم بأن الأسم هو اسم درامي" و هذا لقله المصادر و عدم توفرها حول الملاك الأصليين للمنزل والذي تبلغ مساحته 750 مترا تقريبا فالمنزل مقسم من الداخل إلي عدة غرف بمساحة 5*6 للغرفة الواحدة،
بالإضافة للأبواب الداخلية بين الغرف التي صممت خصيصا لتسهيل حركة النساء في المنزل في حال تواجد الضيوف وكل من هو غريب عنهم وتنعكس تلك الخصوصية ايضا في تواجد دورتين للمياة لغير أصحاب المنزل مع تواجد حوض خارجهما يحمل رمز القرون التي ظن اليهود أنها تقيهم من الحسد مطلقين عليه اسم ذو القرنين ،
ومن الرائع أن ذلك المنزل لازال يحتفظ برونقه وذلك لأن السقف مغطي بأكمله بطبقة من الرصاص السميك التي تعمل كعازل للموجات الكهرومغناطيسية ،
إضافة إلي أن الحوائط مزودة بمواسير الهواء التي تمتص الحرارة وصولًا للأرضيات المصممه من رخام كرارا الإيطالي الذي يعد من أجود أنواع الرخام في جميع أنحاء العالم و ايضًا يمكننا ان نجد ان ارضيات البلكونات تم تغطيتها بالكامل بالرخام ونجد علي حوائط المنزل صورا تحاكي حياة الملك فاروق منذ كان رضيعًا حتي وصوله للمُلك و تواجده مع سعد زغلول و وزير التربية والتعليم الفرنسي بالإضافة إلي حياته العائلية التي تعكس الرخاء من خلال فخامة المجوهرات والفساتين الخاصة بشقيقته الملكة فوزية.

Charles Samhoun's house
In one of the streets of Raml Station, specifically in the Adah area, known for being a wealthy Jewish neighborhood, stands a house that, according to local lore, belongs to "Charles Samhoun," a character from the Egyptian spy series "Raafat El-Haggan" (though the name is fictional). This is due to the scarcity of sources regarding the original owners of the house, which covers approximately 750 square meters. The house is divided internally into several rooms, each measuring 5x6 meters.
In addition to internal doors between the rooms, these were specifically designed to facilitate the movement of women within the house when guests or strangers are present. This sense of privacy is further reflected in the presence of two bathrooms for non-residents, with an external sink bearing the symbol of the horns, which the Jews believed protected them from envy, hence the name "Dhul-Qarnayn" (the Two-Horned One).
Remarkably, the house has retained its splendor because the entire roof is covered with a thick layer of lead, which acts as an insulator against electromagnetic waves.
Furthermore, the walls are equipped with air ducts that absorb heat, which then reaches the floors, crafted from Italian Carrara marble. This marble is considered among the finest in the world. The balcony floors are entirely covered in marble, and the walls are adorned with photographs depicting King Farouk's life from infancy to his ascension to the throne, including his interactions with Saad Zaghloul and the French Minister of Education. His family life is also portrayed as affluent, showcasing the luxurious jewelry and dresses of his sister, Queen Fawzia.
